But this has been bugging me for a long time now. If I was to promote a user to be a moderator. Im just talking hypothetically. Can the user I promoted, change my current status as a creator and lower me to be a writer? Or can he/she have the ability to ban or unban me? 18 out of 21 found this valuable. Do you? |

Moderators can only change the user role for those that have a lower status level than them. Site creators and administrators are higher than moderators so they cannot be banned or have their permissions changed by a moderator.

If you are the site creator, you can't be banned and I think you can ban them.

"If you are the site creator, you can't be banned and I think you can ban them. "This info. leads me to the next logical question: If a site creator leaves a private group, can, or how does, the title get transferred to another member? How can the site creator who quit the group be removed as a member of the private group? Thanks! Do you find this valuable? |
