Logo upload problem
Nov 3 2007, 8:28 PM EDT
I am unable to upload a logo image from my Wiki Settings page. I have tried various file sizes a number of times. On the Wetpaint Central FAQ page the link "What size should my header logo be?" redirects to this page. Um, can anybody help? File type/size req.?

Hey i'm the original poster - thanks for the quick replies. However......it's still not happening for me. Trying to upload a 12KB JPEG image, 150 X 67, edited with iPhoto on an older G4. My profile pic uploaded fine. Hmm.... does the logo have to be in the 100 X 85 ratio?

If you're using a Mac, we recommend using Firefox 1.0.7 or higher. Those are the most common image file formats in use on the web. Any worthwhile image editing software will be able to save as those file formats.
