i (as a moderator, adminstrator, and creator on various sites) am not able to delete any comments. this is NOT GOOD 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Really? On which site? I just deleted a comment on my site and it worked fine. Are you trying to delete a single reply (via the inline link) or an entire thread? If you want to delete an entire thread check the 'Manage Thread' at the top right of the thread page. We updated the feature last night so you might not have seen the new placement.
