my email wont work

i cant remember my password and i tried putting in the email i originaly put in the sign up but it says its not valid. i even looked in my email in box and it still has the original message wetpaint sent me so what shoud i do

Unfortunately, the Forgot Password feature is broken at the moment. We'll be putting out a fix later today. Sorry for the trouble.

on my inbox were it has a eclamation mark it sais email cant send or recieve messages. i tried to fix it but nothing happend. p.s i have the butterfly. what should i do
