I want to set my permissions so that 1) Anyone can VIEW my site but 2) only those who I have invited can EDIT or COMMENT. Is this possible? Thanks. Do you find this valuable?

Madusha, I was at that page before but It's not too clear. Can you tell me if I can keep non-invited people from commenting on my page without making it private? Do you find this valuable?

If what you want is for anyone to be able to view, but not to make changes or to comment, you really aren't using a wiki. That's just a website. Do you find this valuable?

You can have a site where anyone can view, only those you invite can edit, but any registered user could comment. So, the only thing you are missing is invitation required for leaving a comment. I hope this is helpful.
