Oct 1 2007, 12:46 PM EDT If you read the Wetpaint Privacy Policy (http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/privacy) it says: "We encourage parents to take an active interest in their children's use of the Internet. We do not intend to collect information from children who are under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not register for our service and you should not provide personal information on our Sites." Wetpaint does not have a mechanism in place to allow kids under 13 to get a parents permission, so for now we cannot allow children under the age of 13 to register on Wetpaint. If we find a user that is believed to be under 13 we have to ban their account and delete any sites they may have created. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |
