You can join the wiki again, but you'll be a Registered User. There is no way to become the Creator again. If there are other people on your wiki with Administrator role, they can promote you to Administrator, which has the same privileges as Creator. If there aren't, join the wiki and let me know the URL and I'll look into promoting you to Administrator.

This is my untimely position... Can a Wetpaint site administrator re-instate me as a user then or at least delete the site so that I can rebuild it?
