How do I get banned users out of the cloud?

I've banned some users and don't want them showing up as top contributors anymore. How can I do that? Do you find this valuable?

The Top Contributor cloud updates abour every 12 hours or so. Once it updates again, the banned user should be removed. Do you find this valuable?

The banned users are still there. Any other ideas? Do you find this valuable?

It looks like this is being caused by a bug. We should be able to get it fixed soon. Do you find this valuable?
