if after considering users' requests and found to be acceptable, can you include one list above entitled: TO DO Lists

Where you show all the accepted request that are in your pipeline and then when one is done you show the list again updated with a check mark signifying that the request has beem completed, and so on.

just an idea or suggestion :)
