Suggestion For Left/Right Column Boxes.

"Top Contributors" and "Site Reports/RSS Feeds" are "Site Activity Outputs" and are more logically related to "Most Popular Pages" . Move them to lower right column.
Top left column is about "Finding Content", thus Search box and Navigation tree box (plus the recently removed Popular Keyword Tags cloud) are naturally related.
By the way, this would free up some space to display Google Ads too.
