You can build any type of HTML code you want on a stand alone web page and then insert that page in an IFRAME.

So if you want a form on your wiki site, just put your form coding on a stand alone HTML page. Then insert the page in an IFRAME using the widget.

Wetpaint Should add a Option on the EasyEdit Toolbar that Says "Add a Form" You have to Choose the Form Type like Contact, Feedback, Comments, and Others, With Submit Buttons, and Reset buttons, to Submit the Information to the Site Creator, with the Link to a Site Report that Says the Form Submit Number, and You Click on the Submit Number, to View the Form that Was Submitted!

Types of Form Sections, and Buttons:
Form Sections:
Text Fields
Password Fields
Text Area
Drop Down Box

Buttons:
Radio Buttons
Check Boxes
Submit Button
Reset Button
Send Button

P.S. Some forms allow you to send messages!

Hope this Becomes available!
