Is there any way I can remove Google Ads?

I do not like having Google ads on my site. I have a site used for a ministry, and I really do not care much for the "Are You Gay Test." If there is any way I can get this off my site please let me know.

Wetpaint does not currently offer an option to get a Wetpaint site without accompanying advertising. Wetpaint places ads on the page (via Google) which are contextually relevant to the content of the page. These ads defray the costs of running the Wetpaint servers and allow us to offer a free service. If you add content to your site that pertains to ministry you should find that the ads change to something more relevant to that topic within a few days.

YES-Thank you for bringing this up. My TWELVE year old made his own first webpage and I do NOT appreciate the "Are You Gay Test" link on the webpage!! I went onto the Ads by Google webpage, and it seems to me that the company (WetPaint) has control/leverage to get them to remove it.
It says: (Ads by Google) "Want to serve Ads by Google on your site? Try AdSense Get PAID for displaying Google ads that are relevant to your site's content CUSTOMIZE ads to complement the look and feel of your site Track the success of different formats and locations with online reports " So infact, Wetpaint CAN tell them they don't want that ad listed on the left side of their page. For now, Wetpaint is focused on making the best free wiki service in the world. Ads are a part of this business model. We do not have any plans to offer a paid, ad free version in the near future, but it may be something that we look into in the longer term.

Ya seriously, sometimes the ads can be helpful to get what you want, but sometimes they have NOTHING in common with the page, also it makes my website look like it's trying to raise money!

You'll find that the more content you add to your site the more the ads will seem relevant to your site. If you have a page with hardly any content then Google Adsense has little to base it's ad choices on. These ads are the way that Wetpaint generates revenue, and this allows us to offer this site as a free service.

We can make Wetpaint completely ad-free...for about 5 minutes. Then we'll go out of business. As you can see, this discussion has been going on a long time (this thread was started in April), and it's always had the same response.
