How the manner make forum or tag chat?

You can use your site (or part of your site) as a forum. Every page has a comments section where topics are threaded. If you want to have a chat area on your site you can use the Gabbly chat widget. See the help pages on widgets for more info:

but, i want make tag chat self, example i can use php, and whatever
