I'm the admin/creator of BikieBoys. One of my users is in a deadlock. He registered with wetpaint (to join the first version of my site bikies.wetpaint.com) . I then shifted the site to bikieboys.wetpaint.com and invited him to join that. When he responds to the invite he gets a message saying 'already has the email address in the system’. On my invitations page (http://bikieboys.wetpaint.com/invitations) he shows as not accepted.

I don't know how to fix this? Can you delete him (so that we can start again) or complete his registration on BikieBoys please? The user is bruce@central-insurance.co.nz.

Just have him go to your new site and sign in with his existing username/password and it will add him to the registered user list. He already has a user account so he doesn't need to "sign up" again. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
