my wetpaint site is blocked! may i know why? 5  out of 6 found this valuable. Do you?

We had to block it due to a copyright infringment claim against it. Product descriptions and images on your site appear to have been copied from other sites. We sent to an infringment notice via email giving 48 hours notice to remove the content. We sent this notice to your yahoo address on Feb 28. 2. How do we get to clean up a site?

One of my sites is blocked (for ALLEGED copyright infringment).

But Wetpaint won't make it available to me for editing so that I can amend it to avoid the problem.

So beware, once you are blocked, that's really it. No appeal works, no chance to correct a mistake is given. Or so it seems !

So if I accidentaly have a pic someone else has on another site i will be blocked!?

It would be better if a message was also sent on the wiki. I remember when I was given 48 hours to remove some copied content an admin posted and nearly failed to do so because I didn't check my email. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
