Hi there I think that a simple but really helpful suggestion would be for the facility for coloured text. Maybe some red, that can be used to highlight specific words/text etc. There's only so much bold/italics you can use.

Thanks for the suggestion. We've tried to keep it simple so that things don't get too crazy with fonts and colors, but we'll take your idea into consideration.

I agree! Perhaps you could limit colors to those in the general template scheme? That way, when you change the template, the colors change to be complimentary. Powerpoint does this with color schemes...
