Issues with Font Colors
Dec 19 2011, 3:39 PM EST | Post edited: Dec 19 2011, 3:41 PM EST
Greetings, WPC Staff!

I've been having recurring issues with font colors on my site. After adding a URL to a body of text, I can't seem to find a way to set the font to its default color (black), or change it to anything else. Instead, the text appears to be a transparent blue color (the typical coloration that designates a link establishment). Do you have any suggestions for me as to how I can go about changing these font colors? Thanks for your time and consideration! :)

The default color of links are set by the type of style selected for your wiki. The color of a link can be altered. It takes a process to do it. It is simple but may take a couple of times to get it done.
First, type your text or paste the url link. Then highlight the text or url to the color desired. Save the page. This should save the color of the text or link. Re-edit the page and link the text or url and it should now display as the desired color.

Hint, if you are working with many links such as with an index page or a table of contents page, it is far easier, once the text color is set and the link is in place, is to copy and paste a previous text/link and paste it as the next in the series. Then edit the text and apply a new link to the pasted text.

Aaah... I think I understand! ;) Thanks for posting such a comprehensive summary of what needs to be done! I will definitely implement these steps in the future, if I'm ever faced with such difficulties again. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
