Centering Tables and Text, Need Help
Dec 6 2011, 6:14 PM EST | Post edited: Dec 6 2011, 6:14 PM EST
Alright... So the text issue. On the home page I set the font at Impact and came back later to find that it had been reversed to Arial.

On the table issue...
Any table that I center is automatically put back into the left-hand side after I leave the page or refresh it. Any centered title or text in the table are put back to the left as well. I tried re-centering them, but I couldn't, even if I clicked on the center on the Wrap Text options.

I could use the help ASAP as I'm trying to put together a roleplaying site and open it tonight or tomorrow.

Both are known issues with Wetpaint. The problem is with hidden attributes on the line where the element was placed. There is a icon next to the underscore tool in easy edit mode. Highlight the text or line and click the icon. This is supposed to remove the hidden attributes. If not, copy the text and paste it into a text editor like Notepad, Then copy and paste the text from Notepad to the page.
Firefox displays these issues quite often. A quick fix is to edit the page in Internet explorer, and save the page twice. Afterwards FF will display the page properly.

If possible, could you screenshot what the underscore tool is? I can't find it. If that doesn't work, I'll try with IE. Do you find this valuable?

Alright, so I clicked that after highlighting my text and it sent the text back into it's normal font and size. After resizing it and changing the font, it still went back into the left side. Is there something I missed?
Here's a link if it would help:

The pages for DreamClan and SilverClan are the ones that need the centering, the home page only needs to be in Impact font.

Also, I just downloaded and began working on IE. I'm not able to center the tables at all, though the text is working now. And I have cleared all of the formatting before editing the new table, or even creating it. Do you find this valuable?

Make me a writer and let me take a look at the issue

Oh and thank you for fixing it. What was wrong with it, in case it happens in the future? Do you find this valuable?

I put the explanation on your home page. Copy the text and save it for future reference

You're going to kill me....but it looks fine using IE, yet when I opened it on Safari the table on the SilverClan page was still to the left. I've refreshed several times, but that's not the problem. Is there anything I can do to fix that? Do you find this valuable?

Safari is not a supported browser. It uses a different engine than IE or Firefox. The engine that Safari uses will not render pages properly. If you are on a MAC...download FF for the Mac.

See this page for supported browser information and a link to downlaod FF.
