retrieving lost password?

Hi, so I posted a while back( i.e. 2 months or so?)
I lost my password and my email. is there *any* way to get my password back? 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Without an email it is almost impossible to recover a password.
 Do you find this valuable?
