Is there a limit to the number of photos one can add to an album?

While adding photos from the gallery to an album, I reached 58 and was trying to add the 59th when the album no longer appeared in the list of albums window. I retreated, checked that the album still existed (it did!) and tried again ... with the same result. I was wondering if this may be what happens when the album concerned is "full".

There should be no practical limit to the amount of photos within an album nor the number of albums created. The album display window may only show a certain amount at one time. If there are more than the display is allotted there will be at the bottom of the window "Show X number more" link. There is a catch-all solution to most anomalies such as the one you have described. That solution is to clear your cache and cookies. This action will assure you are receiving fresh load of data. Browsers will tend to look at local cache first to see if the information is there before loading it from Wetpaint. I've had the same issue and even after a cleaning with my cleaning software, the uploading remains limited to 100 pictures at the time. We can put as many pictures we want in the albums or the gallery, there is no limit of number, that it be for the pictures or albums. It's only when I upload pictures that there is a limitation which happens. It doesn't matter, from the moment where we can get the desired result...I've already seen albums with more than 500 pictures inside on some wikis. I use Mozilla version 7 or 8 and for the moment, it works well with my wikis. Thank you for the advice, it is very useful...
