Greetings Wetpaint Central. I am Layla, creator and leader of Unholy Desolation. Someone decided they could steal all of the content on my site even though at the bottom was clams to it being copyrighted. It is all my work except the music on the site. It has angered me that this site stole my own work that I spent hours making. I also have people to back me up on the issue if it is needed. Multiple people have left non-threatening threads on the site and nothing. It makes me extremely angry that someone has stolen my work, I came to you. Can you please help me? Here is their site http://joinsevenscreams.wetpaint.com/ and this is my site. http://joinunholydesolation.wetpaint.com Do you find this valuable?

Copyright infringement is a legal term that is not to be taken likely. There are certain processes that must be in place before a claim of infringement can be made. Trademark registration with a government agent, copyright registration and so forth. And if the content is registered with the government and you are the legal holder of the copyright and has not allowed for the sharing of such protected content, then Wetpaint will get involved. This action can happen before/after an order from the court system declaring such infringement. If not, Wetpaint will not get involved.

Please read this thread which ironically starts the same way with "Greetings Wetpaint Central..." The thread gives information from a Wetpaint employee.

P.S.
Did you take all the pictures of the many different wolves with your camera? If so, I would apply for legal copyright on each of them. They are great. By the way, many of the images found on the internet belong to the originator, the creator, the person behind the camera or behind the pen or paintbrush and not to someone who has downloaded the image and has overlaid some text on the image.
Reread the page that this post was made on. It clearly outlines what copyright is about. Click on the links that are available on that page.
