How to reduce a picture

How do I reduce picture to match the required size? I tried right clicking on picture to reduce same, but it is
too big.

It depends on where you need to resize the picture. If Wetpaint is rejecting the graphic because it is to large in file size, you would need a graphics editor to resize the image.. See below for options on how to resize the image.
If the image is excepted by Wetpaint but it is too large, you can edit the image with Picnik. Picnick can be found right on your wiki. Add the image to a page then left click on the image in easyedit mode and select edit photo. From the popup that will appear you can select "edit in Picnik"
If the image is rejected by Wetpaint due to size, you will need a graphics editor in order to resize your picture.
If you are on a Windows platform you can use Windows Paint to resize the picture Or,
There are several free programs on the internet. Some that you can download others you can resize the image online. Try a Google search on "Free Graphics Editor".
