How . . . ?
Sep 6 2011, 11:29 AM EDT
How do people on sites add a "Recent Site Activity" or a "Top Contributors" to their site's navigation bar? I'm talking about those bars where you click on it, and something at the bottom draws out. Like for "Top Contributors", pictures of the members' pop up. How to to add this?

You mean like on here when you hover over members, and it shows three lists: Moderators, Recently Active, and Newest Member? If so, here is how you can get it. You need to contact Jeremy and ask him to do it for you. Tell him what you want modified, and where to link it. You can contact him using this link: http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/account/Jeremy_Wetpaint Note: He is very busy, and gets tons of messages a day. He is our only link to Wetpaint, so it may take him a while to get to you. Remember to be patient. -Clay Do you find this valuable? |

What you are viewing are content modules and how they appear on private wikis. You would have to be an Administrator or Creator of the wiki and set the permissions to the wiki to "private" See this link below to learn how to change your site settings to Private. http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/Site+Permissions+Settings Then on the home page, easy edit the page and select the two "Content Modules" 1. Recent Site Activity and 2. Top Contributors. Then save the page. Do you find this valuable? |
