How do I use this. I find writing a big help when I am trying to loose weight. Would anyone like to be a motivator for me - I cant seem to do it on my own. xxx Do you find this valuable?

This forum really can't help you in your quest. May I suggest doing a google search with these terms.

exercise site:wetpaint.com

This will bring up a list of wikis that deal with weight loss and exercise. You may find a others there that have like concerns and may be able to be your coach.
