My Friend's Account Has Been Hacked!

Kkpaw is having problems with a hacker on my site and others, the person guessed her password and is messing up her wetpaint accounts. I've had to demote her from moderator to protect my site but I don't know what else to do for her. She doesn't really come on wetpaint central and I feel terrible because she is so freaked out. What can we do?!? Do you find this valuable?

I do believe she contacted me or created a thread about this.
Have her make a password using this:

Have her reset it, and change it to one she makes using the link above. Do you find this valuable?

I think the hacker already guessed her password and went in and changed it so she is locked out of her account. I don't know what to do, you will never know if its her again. Do you find this valuable?

She is locked out of her account now. Should I ban the account and hope she comes back with a new one? Do you find this valuable?

Leppy NO! It's me kkpaw. i hate Foxclan and Emberclan. I'm the /Real/ kkpaw please believe me. I used the password thing and it IS me. PLease if you ban me i LOVE my name. please believe me. ask izzy she would KNOW if it was me. we are BEST friends in real life. message her before you ban me. She would KNOW the REAL me. See what I mean, the real kkpaw loved those clans on my site. She deleted our rules page too and denied it when the proof was on the updates page. She also moved around pages on the site and was messing up my site until I demoted the account. She didn't even know how to change the password and she has never said I love my name before either. In messages she doesn't type like she would and she roleplays way different now. Its NOT her and my whole site knows too. Do you find this valuable?

Again the real kkpaw never flat out said she hated those clans like this hacker is doing? Can you ban the hacker's IP adress and get the real kkpaw back? Do you find this valuable?
