HACKER!!!(PLEASE HELP!)

i've been have hacked a LOT of times. Even on today when i was ONLINE!!! The hacker added a cat and even deleted some of my cat's bio! They changed it the way i would NEVER do!
Please help me prevent this! Do you find this valuable?

Do you know who it is? Contact Jeremy and let him know so they can be IP banned. Contact the creator of the site you are on also and let them know. Do you find this valuable?

I have NO idea who it is. i changed my password a bunch of times. Is there so way we can find out? Do you find this valuable?
