A Picture Behind Words

How do I move a picture behind text I have written? I see that you can either left, center or right align the photo but I want it behind something I wrote. Do you find this valuable?

Wetpaint does not provide for background images on page nor in tables. If you are an advanced user who understands HTML, I can show you a way to do so. If not, another way is to use a watermark program to easily add text to the image. There is a wonderful free program that I recommend for watermarking images to protect the ownership. But select fonts from your computer and different opacities, one can put captions to the image.

I invite you to visit this page on my wiki, for the instructions on the watermark program.

If you have a grasp on how to use HTML, I invite you to peruse through another of my sites, that will explain how to put background images onto a page or table.
