Unable to cancel my subscription to remove advertising

We have been trying since February 2011 to cancel our Premium subsciption, removing the advertising following the instructions provided by WetPaint. We are getting absolutely and completely frustrated as our July credit card statement has yet another subscription charge for the month. No contact phone numbers nor any email contacts are provided anywhere to be able to speak / deal directly with any of the company reps. Is anyone able to shed any light on why this is happening? We want this matter resolved. Thanks! Do you find this valuable?

I wish to cancel my upgrade however the link to cancel subscription doesn't seem to work on the page. I do not wish to be charged the 20 dollars per month. I have attempted to cancel this charge and still every month I am charged (been going on for a year).

Please cancel ALL subscriptions for premier services within all the wikis user - introlifescienceslab has created.
