login problems for member

I am having a bit of a problem with tring to reset the password for my sons account. He has his own email and I think what happened was when he made his account we had a small connection issue. Is there any way you can help get the password reset like emailed to him.

Hi there kmiller9222,There is a way to have the password sent. Have him logged off of Wetpaint and have him click: Sign into Wikis by Wetpaint at the top left-hand corner of the site. It should pull up the login page. There is a Forgot Password? below the sign in. Have him click on it and it will ask him to put the email he joined with. Once he puts in his email, have him hit Send Password, and it should be put into his Inbox. If it isn't there, have him check the Spam/Junk folder. If it's still not there, wait a couple of minutes and look again. -Clay Do you find this valuable? |

We have tried that and for some reason it still isn't sending the link. I am begining to wonder if when he made his account that he lost connection completly and now is stuck in a loop or if he mistyped the email address. its should be . Granted I have no idea how to try to help him I myself am sort of new to this.

Please don't put your email address on the threads. Perhaps he should rejoin under a new password and email addy.
