About a year and a half at this place, in my opinion, it was not wasted. 1098 Contributions, and I think the majority of them were valuable. I helped people. I used my imagination and figured out workarounds for particular things, if it was an issue that had not been confronted before.Of course, late 2010 I was made a moderator, by which time Wetpaint had already blown a hole in the side of their own ship. Wrong decisions from the business as a whole and continuous deteriation on the quality side of the service. But I didn't mind. I was willing to stay on the sinking ship, because hey, I can swim, right? It's not like there was any life boats or anything. I spent a lot of my time answering threads that the other moderators (most of which are inactive) missed or simply could not answer, most likely due to lack of technical know-how. Clearly not much of an ambition down that road. But on the matter of technical know-how, I was often assumed to be one of many people who used this platform because I lacked knowledge on any of the web programming languages. It disgusted me how many people immediately lost any respect for me when they found out I was merely 13, and also refused to believe that I have the ability to program, for the same reasons. In the thread about FanTapper, I was fine about protesting and such. But I was appalled, hell, I was DISGUSTED when people started arguing, turning against each other and fighting, and I was disgusted further still when I tried to do my job and stop the arguing and irrelevance, but all I received was pathetic, immature comments and even several trollish messages sent by several users. This was for trying to keep the community happy. I flat-out refuse to be a part of such a pathetic community, and I apologise to those who are actually valuable additions and perfectly sensible people - CryingDove, bellswebster, ForestForTreesSMS, Losa78, and a couple others. 3 out of 4 found this valuable. And so, because of the patheticness I have received for helping out, and also the general assumption that I have the inability to code websites, I will be moving on to doing that and that only.I will remain on Anime Forever Wiki, Scribblenauts Guide and the Golden Paint Cans. As soon as these GPC are finished, I'm leaving there. As soon as I have created a new site for Scribblenauts Guide, I'm also leaving that. As for AFW, I'll leave whenever. Oh, just ending some unfinished business on behalf of BabyApple, YY10 and ShadowMLB, Andrew is indeed a fraud.'His' website, http://andrew-manson.com/, is not designed by him, as claimed on the home page. The boy knows how to copy and paste, download other HTML files, steal credit, and change a couple of things like text and pictures. Maxwilly (or should I say Cameron?), assuming you will still be keeping an eye on this thread for a while, I want you to know and I want to publicly post that I'm very sorry and sad to see this community lose yet another very participative, valid, important and even influent member like yourself.Indeed you have been very active, knowledgeable and useful here on all sorts of questions and replies, using technical background that most of us don't have, even as experienced Wetpaint users. And I could always tell that you did it because it came from the heart and you truly wanted to help your fellow Wetpainters. I understand you because I feel the same way, even though I can't provide the same good answers you could. I also want you to know that indeed I was shocked when I learned how young you were, but in a good way. If anything, that made me respect you even more, specially because you have always showed more maturity than it would probably be expected for your age. This being said, I sincerely hope you will rethink your decision and eventually come back some day, if nothing else because you love us all too much and you have certainly invested quite a lot here. I've seen it happen many times before with other members on other wikis. Oh, and one more thing: I'm honored that you chose to specifically mention my name on this thread, right along several other certainly very valuable members. To Maxwilly, Yes many thanks for your great contributions here in helping out the wetpaint community. I'm sorry you feel the way you do and hope you will keep in touch with those whom you have befriended. Good luck with future endeavours, judging by your knowledge, you will do very well. Cheers mate.

Good luck in all that you do Cameron. You have been a great help to WPC I know, and you have been a big help and great friend to me. It is sad to see you go, but I am glad I got to know you. Good luck in all you do! :)And regardless of how young you are, you are talented, and the people that say otherwise are just jealous of what you are able to do (as Baby_Apple said). And I am also shocked at what Andrew has done...it was pretty aggravating what he did to WPADS...and I am really shocked at this. I really did not think he would do that.
