As copy/pasted from the e-mail I have sent (with a minor modification):http://theresistancerp.wetpaint.com/ The site linked above is using an image of mine (http://jacquotte.deviantart.com/#/d3g8kaa) as a banner for their site. I was neither informed nor asked permission for these people to modify and use this image and would greatly appreciate it being removed. They have been asked to remove the art and have yet to comply. If further information is needed I will gladly provide what is required in order to have my work taken down. Thank you for your time. I hereby state that I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g. as a fair use). I hereby state that the information in this notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright, or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed. You can contact Jeremy from Wetpaint and ask him to deal with this for you, if they fail to remove it over the weekend. The reason I say the weekend is because Wetpaint staff do not work weekends, so ask them again over the weekend to remove it, and if they haven't removed it then, on Monday, send Jeremy a message.http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/account/Jeremy_Wetpaint -Clay Do you find this valuable? |
