I have a question-how to handle rude users?

Some of our users have been arguing with the mods, and insulting us. We decided to ban them for 3 days for continuous arguing. They made NEW USERS!!!! I don't know what to do! It's ruining our site! They're creating a riot, and we've come to the breaking point!

Or, if all else fails, you can always ignore and stop feeding the troll by pretending their stuff isn't even there. It's no fun to troll if there is no response.Kind of like the silly mocker or teaser in real life. Do you find this valuable? |

Like Losa said, don't feed them. Ignore the users, and delete anything they might post on the site. If they message you guys, tell your Mods to ignore them.-Clay Do you find this valuable? |
