Help please, about editing pages

I have seen on some Wetpaint sites that people can have one writers only page and one page that everyone can edit. I have no idea how to do that, and it would be helpful if someone could tell me how. Do you have to get an upgraded site? The reason is, I am making biography pages for members of my site to edit, about theimself only, and only them being able to edit it. If I can't do that, I'm fine with everyone being able to edit it as long as some pages are still writers only. Thanks! Do you find this valuable?

If you are the site Creator, Administrator, or Moderator you are able to lock pages. Locking a page prevents non-Moderators from making edits to that particular page. See this page for more information on locking a page.
