I have tried reseting my password SEVERAL TIMES it doesn't work

The password NEVER comes back to me. I don't remember signing up for Wetpaint, but it says my email has an accoutn. MY ASSIGNMENT is due in less than a week; I have already sent emails TWICE. I am DESPERATE. I will give you NEGATIVE stuff on FACEBOOK every week as long as I live if this is not dealt with; it's a big part of my grade. ydwingard@juno.com

Wetpaint, like many others, do not take to threats kindly, and just a friendly tip, I can see your IP, so I can IP Ban if need be. Wetpaint is working hard to get this problem fixed, and if you are impatient, that's not Wetpaint's problem, it's yours. If you want to get it done, why don't you just create a new account? Simple. Also, i'd write down your passwords somewhere in your binder or something, that way you wont have to reset in the future. -Clay 0 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

Dear NARU2008,I am also frustrated by this problem. I can't START AGAIN, because the documents I plan to use with my students are ON my current site. I have tried to reset 4 times and it is not working. If I have to start again - I am beginning again somewhere that does a better job resolving problems. How can I expect my students to participate when I can not even gain access to my account? I would like someone from WETPAINT to explain how long they think this problem will last OR assign someone to support users who are requesting access. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

I sent Jeremy a message, he works for Wetpaint, and he told me they are working with their provider to get things fixed, and that he can not give an estimated time for when this problem will be fixed.-Clay 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

And by the way I thought of setting up a new account, but Wetpaint would not let me stating an account already exists. Why should I write down my passwords? To you? Your IP is different than any of the other Anonymous posts that have posted in this thread. (Yes, as a Moderator, when you post, I can see your IP Address. It's completely different.)and Even if you are the same person, you didn't threaten Wetpaint? Oh do you really wanna go down that road?
