Password Email

I run a Wiki for my students on Wetpaint. I have recently had a lot of trouble signing in to my account. When I click on "forgot password" it says that it is going to email me a link to set up a new password, but the link never gets my inbox, nor my junk/spam folder. I really need to use my Wiki with my class tomorrow, what is going wrong? How can I fix it?
