You should receive the email regarding the password change immediately, or within a few minutes. If you do not, make sure you are using the correct email address for your account, and checking the correct inbox for the password change email.-Cameron 2 out of 5 found this valuable. Do you? |

I have the same problem, I have tried to reset my password but I don't get any e-mails to my Hotmail, and I didn't get any wecome mail when I created my account or the webpage.No e-mail, junk-mail or anything I can use. 3 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

As it turns out, many people are not receiving email notifications. This issue spreads out to the password change verification, which means you will not receive an email. I'm afraid you will have to put off changing your password until Wetpaint gets this fixed.-Cameron 3 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

Experiencing same problem... tried yesterday and today... hope this gets sorted asap... WetPaint is no good if we cannot log in....

No one knows when the email system will be back up and running.I have sent Jeremy a message asking if he could give an estimate on how long it will take, and should reply before leaving the office for the weekend. -Clay Do you find this valuable? |

Just got a reply from Jeremy not long ago.He informed me that they are working things out with their email provider to sort this problem out, and that he can not give an estimated time on when this will be fixed. -Clay 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

The invite system should be up and running today. They found out what was causing the problems and should have it fixed today, if not, then they should have it up before the weekend comes around.-Clay Do you find this valuable? |
