The special two letter box?

Well, my friend is trying to make an account on here, though she is telling me that she gets on getting the red words that says "Please enter the two words you see, separated by a space." I know it is talking about that special two letter box (I can't remember what you call it) to make sure you are a human. Is it down or something? Because I tried too just to make sure, and I get the same thing.

The two words you have to enter in the Captcha box seems to be working fine. Assure that the two words are identical to the words requested. Sometimes that can be difficult to distinguish what word they are looking for. If this is the case there is a symbol in the Captcha box that looks like a two arrows or a recycling symbol. If you click on that is will give you another set of words to try. If that is not the case, try clearing your case and cookies and try again. There was a problem with the Captcha area of the sign up form. The issue has been resolved
