Huge Problem...

I was editing the new user template on a site which I am trying to get set up before I open it. Anyways, I saved it, and I have no idea what happened, but on my profile I noticed that the part where it says "Hello, my name is [YOUR NAME]" Is not on the actual profile part. What I mean is, I can't edit it, I can't remove it! I tried removing it on the actual "New User Template" thing, but when I click "Easy Edit," I still can't edit or remove those words! They are like permanently on the profile!! Here is my site's link. I have no idea what to do and I don't know if any of that made any sense. I'm not sure how well I explained it. http://forestelvesroleplay.wetpaint.com/ And here is the link to my actual profile, so you can see that it is still there, it won't go away, I don't even think it is on the profile part anymore...it's like it was moved off the editable part and I can't fix it. http://forestelvesroleplay.wetpaint.com/account/DemonDaisy Has this sort of thing ever happened before? That's a bit weird...I think you should start by making sure you are using a Wetpaint supported browser, as shown here: http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/Browser+Support If this doesn't solve your problem, you're just gonna have to wait for the more savvy and techie moderators and members here to provide their input... What you are seeing is text outside the editable area of your profile. This rarely happens but it does happen. I may be able to remove both of the rogue text, but it would require my permission level at your wiki to be changed to Administrator to do so. That would require your trust in me.. I have joined your wiki and after the problem is resolved I will cancel my membership. Do you find this valuable? |

I removed the rogue text from the New Member Profile Template and also from your profile page, I restored the default New Member ProfileTemplate. My membership has been canceled as promised.Happy Wiki'ing Do you find this valuable? |
