Is there a way I can possibly change the URL of my website? I still want it to have the 'wetpaint.com' part of it but is there any way I can change the beginning part? Do you find this valuable?

No, unfortunately, Wetpaint does not allow you to edit your URL unless you buy a custom domain frm a web host such as GoDaddy. All you can do is create a new website, and copy all your site content over.
