Yes it is possible. More information will be needed to construct such a database.1. Will the name information be static or dynamic? 2. Who will be entering the data into the database? 3. How often will the database names be updated? 4. and a bunch more answers that are too much to answer in a thread here on Wetpaint Central. Splats2, my wiki can help you create a useable database for your wiki. Go to see an example of a name database with instructions. http://splats2.wetpaint.com/page/Name+Database and post a thread there with regards to your database structure. Do you find this valuable? |

If there is a requirement to enter data into a record by filling out a form and having the data being updated, it cannot be done on Wetpaint's platform. This would require a form and a write back to the servers at Wetpaint. Wetpaint does not offer CSS or HTML or PHP or Visual Basic capabilities. The best offering is a mock-database for retreival only. Data would have to be entered into the mock database manually. Like the one created on Splats2. You may want to look into www.zoho.com to build a database and bring the page from Zoho onto your site with iFrame coding. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
