Keyword Search function not working properly
Feb 23 2011, 4:52 PM EST | Post edited: Feb 23 2011, 4:52 PM EST
It looks like pages created since Sept. 2010 are not being indexed by Wetpaint. Is there a glitch going back to that date. We need to be able to search the entire wiki by keywork, especially new content. Our wiki page is titled: 'Univ of AZ Library ILL Resources.' Thank you. Do you find this valuable?

In late September an intermittent problem started and was recently resolved. Some of the slave servers were getting out of sync with the master database. It is quite possible that during this time wikis were not being indexed properly or not at all. As stated the problem was recently corrected with the syncing of master/slave servers. It may take a little longer for all of the Wetpaint wikis (1 million plus) to be re-indexed to a current status.
If you still have this problem in a weeks time, I invite you to message jeremy_wetpaint,who is the product support for Wetpaint to have your wiki manually re-indexed at Wetpaint.

Thank you for the information. We will keep an eye on the keyword search function for the next week and if we have problems after a week, we will let Jeremy know.
