I am yet another victim of the categorization not working.

On the 2012 California Race Tracker, no matter what I do, I can't get the newly created 1st Senate District Page out of uncategorized. Please help!!!

It is the database issues that are most likely causing this, although I believe they are fixed. They come in waves for different users at different times. Can you provide me with a URL to the pages you are having a problem with?

There has been a problem with some of the slave servers being slow to update from the master database. This is one of the symptoms of the recent problems some of us have been seeing. To try and minimize this from happening until the lag issue is finally resolved is to refresh the page a couple of times, and try your edits again. By doing this it will move you off the latent slave server unto another. I visited your wiki and noticed you have moved the three pages in question away from uncatergorized and made edits to those pages. I think the multiple posts were a result of lag between servers. If the thread did not show up because of being on a latent slave, then one would think that it did not post. So they repost until they see the thread appear. This has happened to me in the past when the servers didn't update properly and immediately. Quite frustrating.1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Ah, I wasn't thinking about that Rich. I had just woke up and was still kinda half-asleep as I am every time I wake up. (Maybe I shouldn't stay up past midnight..? Lol. :P)
