s u g g e s t i o n - bringing back threads

Is there already a suggestion for users to revive delete threads? Or, at least, an administrator to bring back a deleted thread? Sometimes, we need to look at past information, and a mod deleted it before we have a chance to look at it. Or, we see someone breaking a rule, and somebody deletes the thread, and we have no further proof to them doing it. Do you find this valuable?

That suggestion has been made in the past. Wetpaint stated recently they will not be developing any more features or changes to the wiki platform. Any new suggestions are welcome, but it will take the community to develop a workaround for new features.
This suggestion will not be seen as a feature.

Which seems lazy on my end. I respect staff and I understand how busy they are and the new direction wetpaint is taking, though is it too tough to promise one new update a year? Like a promised update?.... One in a year isn't asking for much.

Yes, I find this annoying too. A member can have a thread deleted because of supposed wrong content, but when you say something to another mod or the creator about it, you can't prove you were wrongly deleted.

On our wiki we ask all moderators to copy the thread and send it to our admin team account, before deleting it.
Also the copied thread will be returned to the member who posted it, with an explanation why it was deleted. (except for spammers, those who join the wiki with the intention to spam. They will be banned).
