how do i stop the emails from this site

I have been trying to unsubscribe emails from this site but can't none of the links to unsubscribe don't work. I have tried to click the unsubscribe in the emails and that link don't work. Need help with this can someone help on this Do you find this valuable?

When signed into your account, visit your Profile Page, then select the 'Preferences & Email Notifications' link.

From the new page, uncheck the boxes, then click the 'Save Changes' button. Do you find this valuable?
