Please Delete Website

I am hoping someone can help with this problem without me becoming a member of Wetpaint. The following website http://msrpa.wetpaint.com/ has not been updated or moderated in over a year. I have since taken over by making an entirely new website for this club (MSRPA). I know the moderator for the Wetpaint site personally, have talked with her about deleting the old site so people don't go to the old, dead site but have gotten no response from her. I firmly believe that no action will be taken by her.

So, is it possible for the moderator of Wetpaint or someone else to delete the site ( msrpa.wetpaint.com ) without the site moderator's assistance or permission? Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated! Please contact me privately at raebeks@charter.net.
Thank you!

This wiki will not be deleted, no matter what. It is not possible to delete Wetpaint wikis, especially if there is no permission from the site creator. Wetpaint does not delete old wikis.

My only suggestion would be to find a way to contact a moderator or become a moderator on the old site and convince them to delete every page and/or thread and to put a notice on the homepage redirecting users to your new wiki.

To delete a site: You can't really DELETE a site, but you can lock it,which is basically deleting it.

Ban everyone(you might want to give them a heads-up)make it a private site(Site settings, permissions, make it a private site). Then Cancel you membership(it's on your profile, next to the date you joined).

Now the site is locked! No one can make it public(everyone is banned). you can't re-join it(it's private) nor can anyone else!
