On my own wiki site I want to put a picture and title were the title is ontop of my wiki. I've seen it on other wikis for wetpaint but I don't know how to do it my self. How do I do It? Do you find this valuable?

You are talking about the header logo or banner. Here is a great place to start on putting a banner on your wiki. Follow the other links on the page to create a banner. Read here:
