sign up problem

when I type in my e-mail address it says a user exists with that e-mail address Do you find this valuable?

Only one unique email address can be assigned to a user name. Chances are that two people on the internet do not have the same email address, unless they are sharing the address like parent and child, brother and sister, etc. So in order for you to get that message, you either have signed up before with a different username, using that email or someone is sharing that email with you or you are using a fictitious email address that someone else thought of first.
