Permission Issues

First, I made a website with an account (let's call it Account A). This was an accident, because I was actually supposed to create it with Account B. I managed to apply B as a writer for the website, and now they're both writers. However, now I want to make B the only writer, and I want A to be kicked out of the admin. Is there any way to do this? Do you find this valuable?

Assuming Account A is still an admin, login as Acct A. The change the permission on Acct B to Admin.
Logout and log back in as Acct B. Have Acct B change the permission of Acct A to a regular user.
You will end up with
Acct A-regular user
Acct B- Admin Do you find this valuable?
