"I don't know which <NOBR>cad program</NOBR> you are referencing but they all should be similar to Auto-Cad. Wetpaint can only handle JPG, BMP and PNG image formats. Plus they have to be under 500K in size.

Do not use export command to export your dwg file. It will save it as a bitmap file and you will lose a lot of quality. Try using the Plot command. This will save the dwg as a JPEG file. The quality is much better than a bmp.

Once you have plotted your jpeg file. You can upload the image to your photo gallery or directly to a page. Here are instructions on how to manage your images.
