Sorry, but there is no way to check if your message has gotten through, unless you ask users to reply if they receive the message.

Go to your inbox and check the "Sent" section of your inbox. That will provide you with a list of every message you've sent to your members. Now, Wetpaint is experiencing a few problems with messages sending. At times, messages will delay and not be sent for a few hours at a time. There's nothing you can really do about it.

Well, I hope this is on subject, but my messages keep showing up bold when I refresh the page. When I'm done reading them, I always reply and it makes it unboldened. But when I refresh the page, it's bold again! This is happening on ALL of my wikis.

This is due to the servers in Wetpaint's office being out-of-sync. They are late on updating them and Wetpaint's working hard to get them fixed.
